Our coaching team undergoes a mandatory Roller Kings training in addition to any other coaching trainings they might have undergone before. We ensure that all coaches are well-versed with the Roller Kings code of conduct and professional ethics to offer state-of-the-art customer service. We provide equal opportunities for recruitment to all applicants, and we do not charge any recruitment fees whatsoever. We are always happy to welcome onboard new coaches who are eager to share their skating passion with others.
We take the growth of our coaches seriously, and always ready to provide mentorship in business to help those who are ready to venture in different industries have a smooth entry.
In ensuring fairness, we work our remuneration packages in collaboration with the coaching team to ensure that all needs are well taken care of. Have you ever heard of a sport by the name "Roll Ball"?
Well, roll ball is a 21st century sport that combines the skills of skating, basketball and handball.
It offers tremendous benefits including physical fitness, as it engages all body muscles, improvement in psychomotor skills, cordination and cognitive ability.
What's more? Kenya has already claimed her spot in the world stage with this sport by having both women and men's national teams win the WORLD CUP in May 2023!
In addition, the Kenya National Roll Ball Team became the FIRST team sport in Kenya to bring home a double gold in both gender categories in a world cup event!
Such achievements have opened up opportunities for Kenyan Roll Ballers to be selected by foreign teams to play Roll Ball at a pro level. Six Kenyans started their careers abroad in November 2023!
Therefore, we are committed to nurturing young talents in Roll Ball to dominate the world stage!

2nd Edition
Hello and thank you for taking part in the second edition of our Speed Skating Championship.
This event targeted participants between the age of 3 and 12yrs.
It involved both short and long distance races aimed at testing speed, technique and endurance levels of the participants.
We had planned the event with high level scrutiny to ensure that all participants would be given a fair chance to compete in their respective categories.
In all our competitions, we work with qualified officials who play a critical role not only in officiating but also in identifying and moulding talents.
